Judge Demands Missouri Schools Remove Internet Filters Blocking Homosexual Websites
A federal judge has given a Missouri school district until the middle of March to unblock its website filters, thereby giving students access to explicit material.
A U.S. district judge issued a preliminary injunction banning the use of filtering software by the Camdenton R-III School District. The American Civil Liberties Union had filed a lawsuit against the district, claiming it was deliberately restricting access to homosexual-themed websites while still allowing students to view what it describes as “anti-LGBT sites that condemn homosexuality ….”
In issuing its ruling, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri said the district’s custom filtering system “systematically allows access to websites expressing a negative viewpoint toward LGBT individuals by categorizing them as ‘religion,’ but filters out positive viewpoints toward LGBT issues by categorizing them as ‘sexuality.’”

The Great People of Missouri have two choices in this matter. First, they can impeach this judge and set an example that would set a precident in other states. Those that can home school should, or start up more private schools. I guess these perverts have run out of adults of their persuasion and now they are attacking our children. Though I am not from Missouri, I know that I must become active and call that states Representatives and stand with the good people there. As a Nation, since this obama administration, more filth has been introduced into America than all the presidents put together. The lunitics are running the assylum.

This is another reason why my children will NOT send their children to public schools. Children are being exposed to so many sinful lifestyles, and told it is "normal". Well that is NOT what we teach them. When are folks going to get together and put an END to the schools "brain washing" their children, or are they just too busy paying their taxes so we can have more entitlements that they are NOT paying attention to what their kids are learning?
Is anyone surprised? When Article 6 bans Biblical qualifications as criterion for appointments, leaving only "good behavior" as the standard for judges, we shouldn't be surprised the the Constitutional Republic has ended up with only scoundrels on the bench.

Time to tell the court sirs we no longer have the filter problem the computers have been removed. That may not solve the problem but, hopefully with new people elected it will give them some time
The solution is so simple yet getting people to do it is extremely hard. If parents kept their children out of schools for 1 day in protest this crap would end. The slogan is simplistic too, "Stop perverting our children. Protect them!"
Well the ALCU is at it, again, or should I say, still. If they want to play that game, blocking what I feel is objectionable material while maintaining the use of 'not objectionable' materials, then restrict the 'not objectionable' material. That way you can prevent this material from ever reaching the kids. It's too bad that a group like the ALCU has so much power and influence over what we want our kids to come into contact with.

Every American has got to do what it takes to either home school their kids or put their kids in a private school. The public schools now are a joke but nobody is laughing. The public schools have been completely taken over by the leftists. This is just one of many reasons to get your kids out of these juvenile holding pens called schools before it's too late. Actually it's already too late if they have gone past the 3rd grade in a public school as brainwashing and indoctrination has set in. When I graduated from a public high school in 1959 the public schools were relatively sane. However, from 1960 forward the destruction became worse every subsequent year until what we have now is a school system that not only doesn't teach anything but indoctrinates with leftist propaganda.
