Dear Jack,

With the Indiana State Senate set to vote on Right to Work tomorrow and compulsory unionism proving to be a major issue in the Republican presidential primaries, I'm energized by the momentum you and I have built for worker freedom.

Now it's vital we turn up the heat on Congress to:

1) Secure the maximum number of cosponsors in the House and Senate on the National Right to Work Act;

2) Force a roll-call vote to find out where each politician really stands when it counts.

Thanks to pro-Right to Work Americans like you, the National Right to Work Act (S. 504/H.R. 2040) now has 21 cosponsors in the U.S. Senate and 72 in the U.S. House.

With the help of Right to Work champion Senator Rand Paul, your Committee has collected petitions from over 1.1 million Americans and counting, but there's still so much more work to do in this critical battle.

Please, help us keep up the pressure. Click here to contact your Senators, and click here to contact your Congressman.

If your Senators or Congressman has not cosponsored the National Right to Work Act, urge them to stand up for worker freedom.

Please also thank your Senators or Congressman if they have already cosponsored the National Right to Work Act.

You can bet the Big Labor hierarchy will put tremendous pressure on every member of Congress to protect their power.

That's because passage of the National Right to Work Act would end the union bosses' ill-gotten power to have independent-minded workers fired.

The National Right to Work Act would enshrine the common-sense principle -- already enforced in 22 states -- that no worker should be compelled to join or pay dues to a union just to get or keep a job.

And in an age of legislative overreach, this is one of the shortest bills ever introduced.

The National Right to Work Act does not add a single word to federal law. It simply removes language in the National Labor Relations Act that gives union bosses the power to extract dues and fees from nonunion workers.

So please click here to contact your Senators, and click here to contact your Congressman.

Next, working with our allies, we will secure hearings in both the House and Senate to expose the abuses of forced-unionism before forcing a roll-call vote.

You see, just getting a vote would be an enormous win/win situation for Right to Work supporters
.

Poll after poll shows that 80 percent of Americans support that principle.

So if Big Labor's allies in the U.S. House and Senate want to KILL our National Right to Work Act, they'll face the wrath of the voters when they are up for reelection.

But for now, please contact your elected officials right away.

Please click here to contact your Senators, and click here to contact your Congressman.

If your Senators or Congressman has not cosponsored the National Right to Work Act, urge them to stand up for worker freedom.

Please also thank your Senators or Congressman if they have already cosponsored the National Right to Work Act.

And please consider chipping in with a contribution of $10 or more today.

Your help has been critical so far. I know I can count on you as we push forward.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix
