It has been big last few days on our end. Our deputy political director, Daniel Horowitz, and his wife welcomed their second son into the world-congrats on Boy #2, Daniel!
This past weekend was the Daytona 500 and American Majority Racing's #81 car received some great press from
Time Magazine and
Sports Page Magazine. Even better was how NASCAR Nation embraced what we are doing with the entire project.

Pete Hoekstra continues to tank in the polls and Durant picks up momentum and donations.
The Nebraska Senate race took an interesting turn yesterday with
former Democrat Senator Bob Kerrey announcing he may change his mind and run after all. More than ever, we need to get behind Don Stenberg with our support and donations. We can win this primary and win this seat.

- When Republicans capitulated and agreed to give Obama another $2.1 trillion on his national debt card, the administration thought they would be out of the woods until after the election. Well, it turns out that we might hit the new debt ceiling before the election, just 16 months after a $2.1 trillion increase!
