 Dear Jack, Every four years, my wife Carol and I get to experience something truly special. No, it’s not sitting back and watching the Presidential race unfold – or even running myself. It’s celebrating Carol’s birthday. You see, she was born during a “leap year” – on February 29. To help my wife celebrate her “once-every-four-years” birthday today, can I count on you to contribute as generously as you can to my campaign's Final Push for Super Tuesday Money Bomb? You see, my love for my wife, my family, and my country are the reasons why I’ve spent more than 30 years fighting for the principles of individual liberty, limited government, sound money, and a pro-American foreign policy. And those are the real reasons I’m running for President today. It’s not because I need the job or want the acclaim. It’s not because the idea of accumulating government power appeals to me. Of course, I know that politicians who are motivated by those things are a dime-a-dozen. But in many ways, they’re also the problem. That’s why I believe my campaign is the only one to represent a real break from the Big Government, big spending status quo in Washington, D.C. At its core, my campaign’s message isn’t about aggrandizing or empowering government to run our lives. It’s about restoring your ability to run your life free of government interference –so you can concentrate on what really matters. Today, we’re less than a week from the most important day yet of this campaign – Super Tuesday.  The turnout at my campaign events has been incredible. The number of my identified supporters has gone through the roof. But right now, I'm counting on your generous support to make sure the most important phase of my campaign is a resounding success . . . . . . our critical Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) effort. All the phone calls, emails, hard-hitting TV and internet ads, and last-minute campaign stops it will take to ensure my supporters make it to the polls aren’t cheap. But that’s what it will take to win. As the dollars pour in, my campaign is spending the money literally within minutes to ensure our GOTV efforts are a success. But we need to do more. Much more.
