And with our recent victory in Indiana, there’s no doubt they will pull out all the stops in 2012 with their two-BILLION-dollar, forced-dues war chest.
Teamsters President James Hoffa declared “President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march!”
The union bosses not only have their huge forced-dues war chest, they also have their allies in the Obama bureaucracy who aim to silence the opposition -- including your Committee.
President Obama has stacked the federal bureaucracy with Big Labor cronies who are loading up their arsenal to STOP your National Right to Work Committee!
When I last wrote to you about the Federal Election Commission’s (FEC) harassment of your Committee, the response was overwhelming: “FIGHT ON!”
But with union boss puppets calling the shots in virtually every federal bureaucracy, bureaucrats may knock on our door any day with one demand:
Agree to shut up, or risk being shut down -- forever!
That’s why it’s vital you fill out and rush back to me the enclosed 2012 Membership Ballot IMMEDIATELY.

You see, Obama’s bureaucrats are scared the Committee will expose Big Labor’s Congressional water carriers to the 80% of Americans who oppose forced unionism.
In fact, Big Labor’s allies at the FEC have concocted rules which refuse to recognize that you are a “real” member of the National Right to Work Committee.
They have insisted that you aren’t entitled to the same rights under the U.S. Constitution accorded to members of other organizations!
From what my attorneys tell me, the Committee’s position will be stronger if as many members as possible certify each year that they currently consider themselves to be members of the National Right to Work Committee.
That’s why it’s vital you complete and return your 2012 Membership Ballot IMMEDIATELY.

In the past, the FEC bureaucracy has attacked the Committee for exposing corruption involving candidates for federal office and top-level union officials.
And with many of Big Labor’s pals up for reelection next year, the Obama bureaucrats are prepared to pull out all stops to save their hand-picked politicians -- with no fear of recourse.
So your 2012 Membership Ballot -- demonstrating that we have members -- may be the key to winning any legal challenge to our membership.

With Presidential and Congressional primaries occurring in the next few months, your Committee is busy running our crucial 2012 Candidate Survey Program -- which puts candidates for federal and state offices on record for or against forced unionism.

As you know, over the years you and I have witnessed many battles between Right to Work forces and the union boss puppets in Congress and in the state legislatures.
And 2012 is gearing up to be the most challenging year ever -- with major battles across the country.
*** Indiana just became the 23rd Right to Work state. In 2011, Democrats in the legislature fled the state rather than free workers from the shackles of forced union dues. In 2012, the forces of freedom ultimately prevailed and next Hoosier voters will hold accountable those who turned their backs on worker freedom.
*** Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker curtailed government union power. In order to regain their forced-dues privileges, Big Labor allies have already begun the recall process.
*** New Hampshire Governor John Lynch vetoed a state Right to Work bill in 2011, subverting the will of the people and preventing the state from becoming the 23rd Right to Work state. In 2012, Governor Lynch is not running for reelection, so the importance of the Right to Work issue in the debate to elect a new governor couldn’t be more critical.
*** In the U.S. Congress pressure has been steadily building for a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act -- which removes those sections of federal labor law that authorize forced union dues.
And these are just the tip of the iceberg.
The union bosses have billions of forced-dues dollars to use to elect their hand-picked politicians and to punish compulsory-unionism foes at both the state and federal levels.
That’s why I need your advice more than ever -- and your financial support.
You see, it’s vital every member of Congress is put on record for or against compulsory unionism before the November elections.
And a vote on the National Right to Work Act in Congress will do just that.
A public roll-call vote will provide the political ammunition needed to expose Big Labor’s lackeys. Then, come November, union-label politicians will face the wrath of the 80% of Americans who oppose forced unionism.

You see, in addition to forcing a vote on the National Right to Work Act in Congress, Right to Work supporters face challenges and opportunities on the state level, as well.
Over the past year, you and I have seen union-enslaved states' backlash against Big Labor.
New pro-Right to Work majorities in state legislatures and Governors set out to loosen the union bosses’ chokehold on their states’ economies.
And you and I have the opportunity to go on offense and work to pass new state Right to Work laws in forced-unionism states like Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire and Kentucky, as well as in a host of others.
So, should I emphasize a federal campaign, concentrating on forcing a roll-call vote on the National Right to Work Act?
Or should our top priority be protecting and advancing state Right to Work laws?
Or should the Committee try to fight both nationally and on the state level?
I am sure you’d agree that we must do everything we can to force members of Congress on the record for or against forced unionism NOW.
But, also consider what’s at stake at the state level.
I’m sure you would also agree that defending and expanding state Right to Work laws should be a top priority.
This is why I am torn . . .
. . . And why I’m writing to ask you for your advice and financial support.

Unless we are able to generate substantial support at the beginning of this year, I will be forced to cut back on one or both of our federal and state legislative programs.
And one of the best opportunities in the Committee’s almost sixty-year history could be lost.
The ability to go on offense -- at this magnitude -- is rare, and you and I must take full advantage of our recent gains while we can.
So can I count on you to make a contribution now equal to or even larger than $25?
And with everything at stake I hope you’ll even consider making a contribution of $50 or more.
But I fear that might not be enough as we battle against the full might of Big Labor’s forced-dues empire.
Without an immediate infusion of funds, I’m afraid you and I may miss out on a real chance to take the fight directly to the union bosses.
Jack, I know times are tough, but the opportunity is immense. That’s why I hope you’ll agree to make a contribution large enough for us to continue the fight both on the federal level and in the states.

But whatever you send, please send it immediately so I’ll know how to budget for the coming year.
