What would happen if you failed to live up to the most basic obligations of your job?

Congress has stopped passing budgets because budgets hold them accountable for their spending and their actions. They have a constitutional duty to pass a budget and yet they fail to meet the most basic obligation of the job 'We The People' hired them to do. Enough is enough!
Both the House and Senate are currently considering bills that add a simple real world consequence if Congress fails to meet their obligations. It's called No Budget, No Pay. (HR 3634 and S.1981.)
In our draft letter when you sign the petition you ask your congressman to either support the bill or explain why they think they deserve to get paid for NOT doing their job.
