This week marks the beginning of the fight against ObamaCare as the Supreme Court hears arguments from both the Obama Administration and groups oppossed to government run healthcare. Make no mistake-this decision by the Supreme Court will be a defining moment in American history.
We also see the Highway Bill (again) on the House floor after the Senate passed a terrible 2 year, $109 billion reauthorization bill two weeks ago.

Amidst all the hand-wringing over high gas prices, we often overlook the biggest culprit; the weak dollar. When the dollar loses its purchasing power, as is the case at present, that is not a symptom of inflation; that is inflation. And what is the cause of inflation? The insidious loose money policies of the Federal Reserve.

Last week, Romney’s spokesman let the cat out of the bag. He suggested that Romney would make a clean break from his commitments in the primary, and run in the general election as a new candidate – just like an Etch A Sketch wiped clean of its old slate. These comments illuminate and accentuate the very problems that conservatives have with Mitt Romney as a politician.

The Supreme Court is set to hear opening arguments in the case against Obamacare this week. However, it is important to note that even if we win the court case, it is likely that some of the law will remain intact. Consequently, we must remain committed to repealing the law in its
entirety. Unfortunately, Republican leaders have sown the seeds for an effort that will help preserve the more “popular” components of Obamacare.

Obama has surpassed a historic milestone, but you wouldn’t know it if you receive your information from the regular media. Last week, Obama exceeded the amount of debt that President Bush accrued during his entire 8 years as president. And remember, Bush was a big spender.
