| Jack, Today, the Supreme Court begins three days of oral arguments that will decide the constitutionality of ObamaCare -- and one of the Justices is bringing the legitimacy and legality of these hearings into doubt. I'm talking of course about Elena Kagan, who by any objective legal analysis should have recused herself from the case. She has recused herself from many other cases in which she was far less involved, but she has adamantly refused to recuse herself now. As is now clear, Kagan was specifically put on the Court so that she could cast a vote on ObamaCare. Period. That is why the Obama team and Holder's DOJ have obstructed the truth. + + Axelrod: "Hell Yeah..."
