The Obama administration's lawsuit to throw out Arizona law SB 1070 does more than just further the left's amnesty agenda - it undermines state's rights. And not just in Arizona, it will impact your state as well.
Your continued support of the Border Sheriffs Project has held them at bay up until now. The Supreme Court hearing is set for April 25, just a few short weeks from today, and everything we’ve worked for will come down to what happens in the court room on this day.
I know that I’ve asked for your financial support many times before, but I hope I can count on you one more time. This one decision will have implications far greater than determining the future of SB 1070 and how we handle illegal immigrants in Arizona. It will dictate how much power the federal government has over individual states for generations to come.

Our involvement in these court cases has been invaluable, and I would hate to see us have to sit out the Supreme Court case because of lack of funds. But more importantly, I hate to think about what’s at stake if we lose on April 25.
What’s at stake is bigger than SB 1070 and the state of Arizona. What’s at stake is the very essence of what America was founded upon—freedom. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the Obama Administration, all 50 states will lose their freedom to set their own laws, and worse, we’ll lose our freedom to look to our state governments for protection.
