Executive Order No. 3	Cheeze-whiz War Initiative In accordance with the power given by the city of Townsville, it has been decided that at the time of 9:32 in the AM, all public education institutions must provide all of its students with no less than one canister of cheeze-whiz per student, and allow the entire student body to compete in a group activity of attempting to spray one another for no more than twenty minutes, and no less than fifteen minutes, with Cheeze-whiz.
Executive Order No. 2	Youth Curfew Act It has been decided that all those under the age of seventeen must adhere to a curfew of Ten in the PM in the city of Townsville. This has been determined to be a necessary act due to the rising crime rate against the youth of Townsville. Should any persons under the age of seventeen be found to be out without adult supervision then they will be reprimanded to a juvenile facility for up to seven days.
Executive Order No. 1	City Beautification Initiative There shall be bi-weekly maintenance efforts to clean up all parks and recreation areas in addition to the normal maintenance to help preserve the beauty of Townsville's recreational areas.
