Stop The Federal Gun List SELECT HERE FOR TO TELL CONGRESS TO SUPPORT H.R. 3814! URGENT: Do you think that Americans who purchase shotguns should have their name put on a list? The ATF does! Demand Congress stop the ATF from making border state gun shops report their long gun sales. Forcing states to divulge gun sale information is unconstitutional and infringes on our God-given rights. Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) has submitted a bill that will stop the DOJ from tracking shotgun sales in Border States. The ATF used an illegal gun smuggling scheme called Operation Fast & Furious to justify creating new laws called "Demand Letter 3." SELECT HERE FOR TO TELL CONGRESS TO SUPPORT H.R. 3814! These laws require gun shop owners to report the sale of multiple long guns. More than 8,500 gun shops in the Southwest are now required by law to report all sales of long guns to the ATF. Why should regular Americans be forced to report their guns while the ATF isn't even required to report their illegally walked guns from Operation Fast & Furious. Rep. Amash, said, "The government has no business tracking the sale of rifles to law-abiding citizens. Americans should not be put on a watch list simply for exercising their constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms." It's critical we tell the Congress to support H.R. 3814.
