US Judge Lectures On Joys Of Islam
You may recall back in October The Blaze reported on the now-infamous “Zombie Muhammed,” who was attacked by an irate Muslim man over what he believed was the unspeakable act of dishonoring his prophet. Zombie Muhammed, along with his counterpart, “Zombie Pope,” were costumes worn by Atheists during a Halloween parade last year.
The assault was captured on video and the Muslim man admitted to his crime, saying that he did not know mocking Muhammed was actually legal in the U.S.. Charges, of course, were filed.
Seems like a clear-cut case in favor of the victim, no? Think again.
The court case in the assault has since come to trial and was dismissed by the presiding judge, who, in fact, happens to be Muslim as well.

Judge Mark Martin needs to be impeached at once and removed from the bench at once. He is substituting Sharia Law for American Law. In America, the First Amendment protects ALL free speech, including the RIGHT to insult Allah or Mohammed. And that’s whether Muslims like it or not. If Judge Martin feels otherwise, then he should immediately pack his bags and move to Saudi Arabia, where he will live happily ever after. He has NO place sitting in an American courtroom. Of course, the Muslim who attacked him can’t be tried twice for the same crime, so if he’s been found not guilty, then, unfortunately, he can’t be tried again. Well judge, and I use the term very very loosely in your case, you and all your muslums offend me. If you do not like our laws I would suggest that you find another country in which to be a judge. Our laws are based on God’s laws. Your laws are based on man’s laws and are faulty and corrupt. You should be disbarred and not allowed to practice law or sit on the bench as a judge.

I believe that is why the Knight Templers were really started. I know they say because of the religious migrating to worship, but they were knights. One of any knights code was to protect women and children and give them respect.

First: I expect this was in a misdemeanor court in P.A.. If this is like Texas they are not lawyers but go through training which I believe he should repeat.
Second: If the man had a video of the assault and the judge refused to hear or see it then he has failed to live up to his duties. For that he should be sanctioned or removed through the legal system.
Third: Although I do not condone this man and his costume. he is not doing anything legally wrong by U.S. laws. However, the Muslim man committed some type of assault, probably simple assault by pushing, etc where no physical injury or pain occurred in which the judge should have punished the man accordingly.
The judge was wrong. Period. This man learned nothing about American laws and as the saying goes when in Rome do as the Romans. If this man believes he needs to assault someone over this he needs to go back to his country.

The question I have is! How could this, so called judge, take the oath of office without lying. When he did so, he is not a legal judge and as such the “trial is not valid”. Being as such the trial and verdic was not legal. Therfore there is no double jepordy. The judge needs to be arrested for fraud, the individuals placing him in the position need to be investigated and the low life muslim’s need to have the koran stuck where the sun does not shine and sent to jail, then back from wence they came. I was an Islamophobe long, long before the term became the taboo it is today. I lived and worked in Islamic countries for over two years and learned how far they can be trusted after being swindled out of hundeds of thousands of dollars by foolishly believeing that the Qur’an was a religion of honesty and peace. It was a hard and bitter lesson to learn but one myself and my partners will never EVER forget.
I have heard mainstream media’s Islamic Pundits praising the virtues of Islam but never explain that the Taquia allowes them to LIE to the Infidel to protect Islam. The media differentiate between Islam and Radical Islam when in fact there is absolutely no difference. There is and can be no such thing as a moderate Muslim If they believe in and follow the Qur’an they are any thing but Peaceful or Moderate.
I wonder what tortures would await an American judge who went to Iran and then proceeded to judge on the bench from the Constitution of the United States? Same thing isn’t it? Muslims have just as much right to be here as all you hypocrites who preach anti-American attitudes. Did you really listen to the tape? Do you really understand what judges do? Do you really understand the law? The judge explained what Islam is. He is correct that it really is much more than Christianity in that it is more than just a religion but a way of life. In context, the closest here might be the Amish or Menonites. It is a way of living. Nowhere in the tape does he base his ruling on Sharia Law as some have pontificated. What the tape does not explain is why the only evidence, the tape which was very grainy, was inadmissible. So then it came down to two people, the proverbial “he said, she said.” I know in Virginia, to prove assault you must either have a witness or maybe broken skin, something the police can point to. Listen to exactly what the judge says. I am no fan of Islam or Sharia Law, in fact I’m between agnostic and atheist, but the judge must rule on the law. And there are many cases where one needs to show intent to committ the crime. Btw, in this case, since it’s criminal, the victim is really just a limited person in the case. It’s the Commonwealth vs the defendant, and it the obligation of the Commonwealth to prove a crime has been committed. Did the commonwealth attorney prove that? The tape is very limited in what it shows/states. Without hearing the WHOLE case, it’s hard to understand how people here can any judgement. But of course most here have nothing but a lynch mob mentality and constantly preach anti-American venom.
A few years ago a Hate Crime Law was passed that made it a crime for harasing or saying hateful things to or about Gays, blacks and Muslims. Basically Sharia in nature. Make a statement about one of these and you go to jail. Say the same thing to an Irish American or Italian American and it is OK. We are, at so many levels, adding unnessary sensitivity to anything and everything that is Islam. We recently burned several Korans in Afganistan and we will pay dearly for a long time. Does anyone remember a while back, a quantity bibles were found to have been given out in Afganistan. They were immediately confiscated and burned. This is the reason why some judges should be removed from the bench of justice. They are starting to make their own rules, and not working with the constitution.
