Host Kicks Atheist Off Show For Calling Jesus & the Nativity ‘An Insult’

The atheists over at the Freedom From Religion Foundation aren’t ashamed to let their anti-faith message be heard loud and clear.

The Blaze has spoken with the group and heard, first-hand, just how strong-worded and offensive (to people of faith, at least) its message can be. Last night, the Fox Business Network’s Eric Bolling invited a FFRF representative onto his show to discuss the group’s anti-Christian stance.

During a dialogue with FFRF spokesperson Dan Barker (who is married to FFRF co-president Annie Laurie Gaylor), “Follow the Money” host Eric Bolling was so dumbfounded by the group’s anti-Jesus views that he ended up booting the atheist-spokesperson off of the program. Mediaite’s Colby Hall called the moment a “‘War on Christmas’ miracle!”

  1. Jim Laubscher says:

You go, Eric. I always thought you had a backbone. Why have we allowed these groups to be obnoxious? The founding Fathers were ALL Christians, If they knew we were bending over for these loonies they would be spinning in their graves. When they added freedom of Religion they were not even thinking about these kind of groups. That specifically says “Congress” shall make NO law….

    • GDC says:

NO teh founding father were NOT all Christians.

      ALL christians ARE psychotic!

      • URKiddinMee says:

Come back when you learn to spell and construct a coherent sentence. Then maybe we can work on your learning to think in a rational manner.

        • Anne says:

URKiddinMee: Don’t count on that sick pup to learn much of anything.

People like GDC require years of intense therapy and more than likely some serious drugs…. GDC obviously has a serious mental disorder.

          • Mr. Right says:

            Anne,
He could be a “shit ite muslum who just snuck in to the country through our unprotected southern border.

          • Pat says:

This kind of person has nothing better to do then to go to all the conservative sites & spew their venom, this is not the only site they do it on. Guess they have nothing better to do since they are libs & most likely on the take from ovomit

          • Ed Orr says:

I wonder what so many atheists participate in CHRISTmas.
Can we who are believers say hypocrite. Good to see you back Anne!

          • daves says:

I still don’t understand why some Christians feel the need to express their faith in public. Is it to show pride? Is it to make them feel important? Is it because they think other people will be impressed?

          • Dustin says:

Daves…Its called ministry. Its what we Christians do. No its not pride. Thanks for asking.

        • ladykroft says:

Rational people fight for things they believe in. Irrational, clueless, grossly stupid atheists fight against something they don’t believe in. How stupid is that???

          • I TINNK THAT ALL ATHIC NEEDS A REAL DOSE OF CASTERAL.
THEY SERVE SATION ONE HUNDRED PER CENT. JUST THINK ONE DAY THEIR KNEES WILL BOW DOWN TO JESUS CHRIST, THE SON OF GOD.
IT MAY OR MAY NOT BE TO LATE.
WHYU DOES A ATHETIC AND A ISLAMAN AS OBAMA THINK THE TRUE AMERICANS ARE STUPID.
GOD HELP BUILD THIS COUNTRY.MABY ALL THE FOUNDERS WAS NOT CHRISTIONS BUT THEY USED THE WORD OF GOD AND RESPECTED THE WORD.
            WHEN THE CONSUTITION WAS WRITEN.
ALL TRUE AMERICANS WILL GO BACK TO REBUILD OUR COUNTRY ON GODS WORD.
AY GOD HAVE MERCY ON THE UNBELIVERS IN GODS WORD.

          • NoCrud says:

An Atheist can’t find God for the same reason that a thief can’t find a policeman.

          • NoCrud says:

            Psa_53:1 … A Psalm of David.

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God….

        • Bob H says:

For many of us who are older can remember 1963 when they took prayer out of school, and christians have been under attack from the atheist, we are now a baby killing nation anti God is being taught in are schools, many young people don’t even know the Ten Comanments or even Jesus the son of God. All part of the Socialist program to kill the christian faith in America. I’m sick of these people who want to change America, for this change is evil and if we don’t control it, then we all are doom, for a nation without God can not servive.

          • DH says:

Great observation. Great note here. Socialists are destroying our country, athiests all. They are even advancing the interests of muslims in our country to water down Christianity, islam being a culture not a religion Mohammed being the devil incarnate.

          • daves says:

Do you follow the Ten Commandments or do you think it is okay to work on the Sabbath?

          • Dustin says:

Daves….Jesus died for it all…. I dont think we will be condemned to hell for working on the Sabbath. Again thanks for asking.

      • Sally E. says:

So much for liberal and aetheist tolerance of people who don’t agree with them. That was truly an ignorant statement. When you have no argument just start yelling insults. I know aethiests who celebrate Christmas. They have a Christmas tree and exchange gifts. They hate religion but don’t want to miss a chance to cash in.

        • If they expect tolerance then, they should be tolerant of others.

        • fluter says:

Hypocrites. Aethiests don’t belive in God or Jesus but they celebrate Christmas. That is sooooo hypocritical. I think that they should have to work on Christmas, get no presents, just go on about their sucky life.

        • Naval Aviator says:

They are among the most intolerant. They are worse than spoiled children who demand their way and refuse discipline. The NEA is helping to ruin this country with the garbage they teach in school. Liberals and Muslim terrorists have one thing in common – intolerance of any opposing beliefs.

      • liberalsownfalsehood says:

        God Does Care. For all.

        • Mr. Right says:

          Yes, but Allah does not.

          • IQ 180 says:

Yes this Country was founded on the Christian Faith and none other period! Allah is not GOD and what I have seen of the muslim actions, Allah is most likely Satan himself. Who else would create a system that lies, steels, and murders anyone that does not agree with them. Sounds like Satan to me! And there profit Mohomo, married a 7 year old child and starting raping her at age 10! This pervert would have got life in JAIL in America! The Christian America, not Obama’s Communist/Progressive/Liberal America. The HELL MOUTH IS OPEN for both Muslims and Atheist a like. We our One Nation Under GOD.

          • DH says:

            IQ180 is right on target.

          • daves says:

IQ180. What evidence do you have?

The Treaty of Tripoli (Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the United States of America and the Bey and Subjects of Tripoli of Barbary) was the first treaty concluded between the United States of America and Tripoli, signed at Tripoli on November 4, 1796 and at Algiers (for a third-party witness) on January 3, 1797. It was submitted to the Senate by President John Adams, receiving ratification unanimously from the U.S. Senate on June 7, 1797 and signed by Adams, taking effect as the law of the land on June 10, 1797.

The Treaty is much discussed in the 21st century because of the text of article 11, as ratified by the Senate:

As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility, of Mussulmen; and, as the said States never entered into any war, or act of hostility against any Mahometan nation, it is declared by the parties, that no pretext arising from religious opinions, shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.[3]

          • NoCrud says:

Muhammad is dead — Jesus is not!

Over 3000 saw him after the crucifixion at a time when any doubter could have checked it out. There is no record of this and those who had him killed would have loved to discredit those who saw him. Even the historian Josephus stated that Jesus was the Son of God and he was not known to be a Christian.

      • Sweeping Generalizations are never right unless the concept’s followers are completely wrong. Are you saying Jesus was wrong in how he lived and preached? That idea is absurd if you have any knowledge of the Bible, which i KNOW you don’t by what you said.Better to THINK before speaking and writing! Now get on with your life, forever wrong about true Christianity.

      • cvw says:

You must be King Ocommie since he says that this country was started by moosilims. How’s things in Hawaii? What was your golf score yesterday?
You really need to start taking those meds the doctors prescribe.

        • Oh yeah, they founded all 57 states. LOL.

        • daves says:

          Leviticus 19:18:
You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself.

          • Dustin says:

Its great to see you reading your Bible Daves. You go man!

          • NoCrud says:

Daves, you use the Bible when it’s convenient and, typically, use it out of context and in a very limited way. Reading it in it’s entirety is much more beneficial.

An Atheist can’t find God for the same reason that a thief can’t find a policeman.

And, here’s a verse that you apparently have not read (assuming that you have read any or many of them…):

            Psalms 53:1 … A Psalm of David.

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God….

Still want to say that there is no God???

      • Pat G says:

The founding fathers based this countries laws and ethics of faith based principles. Although some may not have been Christians they still voted to follow religious views. It always takes a psycotic fool to babble any different.
        Way to go Eric.

      • lone ranger says:

you probably think obumer is a hero as well, you misguided fool

      • June says:

The Holy Bible says that “”Every Knee Shall Bow and Every Tongue Shall Confess that JESUS CHRIST IS KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS”" when all people (even aetheists and non believers) face GOD at JUDGEMENT DAY. So you get ready to bow and confess!!!!!! I am a believer. I have accepted JESUS CHRIST AS MY LORD AND SAVIOR AND AM ASSURED OF MY HOME IN HEAVEN. I pray for you that you will accept HIM before it is too late.
        JMF

        • 4dees says:

June……Thank you! I, too, know that Christ is my Lord and Savior, and I do believe that when HE returns, every knee will bow, and every tear will be wiped away, as ALL will then proclaim and know who HE is.

        • RangerWW2 says:

Dear June, The offer of Salvation is for everyone who will accept
it. ” For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16.. My beloved daughter went to be with the Lord, Nov. 22, 2011, at the age of 52, although my heart was
broken, I rejoice that the moment we saw her take her last breath, she was in the presence of our Savior… We are confident,
I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. 2 Corinthians 5:8. What a joyous reunion
it will be, for us who have been washed in the blood of the Lamb.
          See you there June !

          • Bob H says:

RangerWW2 My heart goes out to you for the lost of your daughter this close to Christmas, but I can see how your faith in God will help the healing you are going through, may God Bless you and thank you for your service to are country. Bob H

        • mick says:

The concept of heaven is right here on earth– can’t imagine anything more beautiful
The potential for hell is also here

        • Jim Harrison says:

Yes, and better to confess Jesus Christ as Lord now than later!

        • Thank you. We must pray for everyone, even non believers. We are all Gods’ children.

        • This is a great passage. You can do as it instructs NOW, willingly, or you will do it anyway sometime in the future–begrudgingly. But you will do it just the same.

Our greatest weapon against these individuals, and against satan himself is “humility.” I’m still learning how to use it and when. This isn’t easy to do, but we as Christians and other believers (both Jewish and Protestant) must learn to do. Prayer is part of this battle, and we need to learn how to wield the sword of humility as well.
I want to thank all you Christians for “standing up and standing tall.”

        • NoCrud says:

June, Believers will not be at the Great White Throne judgment. This judgment is only for unbelievers in Jesus as personal savior.

      • jim says:

your right not all the founding fathers were Christians but ALL of them were God fearing men and patriots and would NEVER chastise another for his religious believes….you on the other hand are neither a Christian or a patriot but more likely a communist democrat and an ocommie supporter who is on the govt handout list because your too stupid and lazy to do for yourself , people like you might live in and be from America …..but YOU and the rest of the scum like you do not represent American values or our great republic

        • Southerner says:

Jim ….. You are correct! And what I have to tell you will upset many of the participants of this forum. The large majority of those who formed this Nation politically were in the greater essence “Christian” even though they did not believe in the “total absolution of sins” or the “Rapture” and many other thing labeled as essential was not part of their belief system.
In fact a observation of the man Thomas Jefferson is very interesting, he spoke several languages on of which was Hebrew, and he even studied the Oral law of Moses…In fact the concept ofreligious freedom came from his studies of the Oral law. If you go to Monticello you will find the Gemara (Oral Law) in his library. In fact if you really get into the Study of the Fathers of the Constitution will show that the majority were in favor of a State where everyone fell under the classification at birth as being a citizen identified as Anglican, Protestant, Catholic, Episcopal. The problem came in that people such as Thomas Jefferson would not have fit into these classifications, and likewise Benjamin Franklin, and Samuel Adams. There is much information available both at the Williamsburg Historical Society and the Smithsonian Institute.

        • NoCrud says:

There you go, Jim. Good observation. These cretins think that all they have to do is jump up and mouth off and we have to listen. We may hear their stupidity but do not have to show idiots and fools any respect, especially when their stupidity is intentional. They were not born that way, they had their heads filled with deviltry in the public educational system by teachers taught to be just as stupid.

      • Michelle says:

        Tell me which was not.

        • Red Train says:

I believe Thomas Jefferson was one , however I cannot name any others.

          • Barb says:

            Ben Franklin.

          • Southerner says:

Benjamin Franklin was a Rosarian and would have been labeled a heretic by modern Christianity, Thomas Jefferson and Samuel Adams among others believed in an Eternal God and that a man was either reconciled or condemned by his actions and deeds, which God would sum up in the day of Judgement. George Washington was a Christian and a Free Mason. You people don’t know much real history…but that is not your fault…It part of the plot of the Socialist monster that took over our educational system.

          • NoCrud says:

Ben Franklin was not anti-God or anti-religion. Reading his autobiography and seeing the letters to his daughter prove that he may not have been an open Christian but he had Christian convictions and did believe in God. This sure trumps what we see [dis]gracing the White House today.

      • Swear says:

I do hope that when you die I will be standing with St. Peter at the gates when he tells you to “Hit the road Jack” the down elevator is the next door down.

      • 4dees says:

GDC……..you sound a little psychotic yourself. No one is forcing you to believe, but to those of us who do choose to believe, we’re reminded of the Democrats……..all the Dems and people like you can do is name call and spew hate from your mouths. God forgives you though!

      • Ken says:

The reason for the season is His MAJESTY KING JESUS CHRIST!! Wishing you and all a merry CHRISTmas!

      • Patriot says:

GDC, think you need to LEARN the truth. This country is founded onfreedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion, and is based on Judeo-Christian beliefs. In other words, since atheism is now a “recognized” religion – if the government supports their stance, the government needs to be stopped because they are supporting a “religion”. Christians have the right to have the Nativity during Christmastime because Christmas is all about the birth of Christ.

      • PassTheWord says:

Sorry for you, but the majority were Christian with a few deists who recognized the value of the Christian faith in establishing this country.

They were Christian men writing a constitution for a Christian nation. Try as you must to rewrite history. But TRUTH always silences the liberal argument (usually a Lie).

There is no doubt that Christianity was / is the golden thread that has held this nation together for centuries. When removed, the country will self-destruct.

        • Southerner says:

For your Information this was one of the main arguments in the House of Burgess! They agreed to make a Nation under God…not “christianity” or even “a christian nation” as you people are quoting! They did however agree to form a Nation with which God would be there silent leader…..hince “One Nation Under God! What many of you people are appropriating is the “Sectarian theory” and that my friends almost cost to to continue under the rule of England….and is exactly why they fled to the colonies to escape having to be branded and labeled each and everyone! The United States may be predominately “Christian” but was not founded as a Quote unquote Christian Nation! Where in the Constitution of the Declaration of Independence does it say such??? ONE NATION UNDER GOD! YES! But not what many of you have been fed from a pulpit!

      • Denise says:

        Good Morning GDC,
I’ll bet that you think that I will launch a verbal, high minded attack on you. Let me be right up front, I am a messianic believer in Yeshua (Jesus.) You should also know that before writting this response, I prayed for your eyes to be opened, and for the The GOd of Abraham to circumcise your heart, that He bless you, your seed, and your finances, so that you might know the Most High GOd Loves you more than you could ever know. His love for you is so great, that He gave His only Son as a covering for your sins, so that you would have the oppertunity for eternal life. The choices that you make this day will have eternal consequences, so choose wisely. May the Lord bless you and your family.

      • Jack says:

You sir or madam are a full blown nut.

      • Southerner says:

GDC while I do not agree with kicking someone off of a show for not believing in Jesus, I do believe in kicking someone off of any broadcast for total disregard of another! Rights end where they infringe on another’s rights!!!! I am a Jew and therefore I believe in the law of Moses…however if I was on a broadcast I would regard the belief of those on that broadcast with respect!
Just like the Locos in Washington are trying to make it were we cannot criticize Muslims with facing criminal charges, I do not agree with this as well! This is obviously the first turn of the gear of injustice being cooked in Obama’s kitchen by Holder, Jihadist Hilary and himself!
You GDC are one of the most basic problems of what is a wrong with America! The Founding Fathers of this nation were most definitely Christian in a majority and any basic study of historical evidence will prove you to be an Idiot for any such statement. The issue that they would not fit into the religious beliefs of this generation is another issue within itself because many of the doctrines considered “essential” today were not part of their belief system! But they were in no doubt “Christian” as a majority! I guess you fit into the group that like Obama claims that the Jews never had a Temple in Jerusalem and that Mohammed ascended from there while he had never been there! Or do you also support the Obama statement that Muslims fought the revolutionary war??? The fact is that the biggest financiers were Jewish and most of them went broke for it! Your statement proves one thing to me…..You do not deserve the freedom you enjoy and you are the “psychotic” as you so term others!
