I agree that the Arizona sheriff should stand strong. He has received death threats for investigating Obama’s birth certificate and other things about his background. Iran doesn’t want to give us back the drone they shot down? Since when did we expect them to do that? I guess they will now have something they can use to help defend them in the event of a war. I hope this keeps Obama from attacking them. I don’t want our soldiers to go to Iran. I guess time magazine will praise a man for poo pooing on a police car, but will overlook the real patriots of the Tea Party. What is wrong with them? Are they delusional? 성탄 잘 보내세요! You will never have to worry about the US attacking Iran in a “boots on the ground” sense. The military mavens long ago concluded that the sheer size of the nation (something like 5 times larger than Iraq), plus the nature of the terrain, would make it futile to ever attack the country.

Any hostile action would most likely revolve around surgical attacks by Israel to neutralize the nuclear threat, combined with covert actions to undermine the regime from within.

Speaking of which, Dr. Paul has made it clear that Israel has a perfect right to defend itself.

The bill that has detention of Americans is 1,844 pages. Just what else is in it? Ridiculous. Even some dems are against this part. Heard he hasn’t signed yet, but what can you believe. Just know we’ll (Americans) back you and others up if this fool carries this out. We really do have to make a stand if he pushes this before elections.

What Obama’s DOJ is doing to Arpaio is criminal! Black Panthers show up with night sticks and black leather and stand out in front of a polling place in Pennsylvania, in a menacing manner, and Eric Holder’s corrupt DOJ looks the other way. I’m telling you, people are not stirred up enough about this!! If this doesn’t signal an end to America’s greatness, I don’t know what could. The tea party needs to rise up against Obama’s corruptness and demand that Congress start impeachment proceedings. First things first, we need to somehow uncover who was involved, and what exactly they did to cover up their little shenanigans. The DOJ had the New Black Pnther Party members found guilty on those charges. It was Eric Holder who told them to stand down. It is not the DOJ that is corrupt. It is the leadership of the DOJ, Holder and his boss that are corrupt. And, yet they are still in power.

I fully agree with you WaldoMM but there lies a multi-faceted problem in that objective that must be overcome. Term Limits, by means of Constitutional Amendment, must be ratified by two thirds of the states before it can be implemented. But without a very strong, clearly understandable, without added amendments that are cleverly slid in all the time, this will never come about. Even more so, who do we have in Washington that actually has the balls, literally, to push for an amendment of this sort to the fullest possible extent? None that I am aware of. I know that it has been brought up before but it usually is quietly shoved under the rug, so to speak, and that action is then used for campaign rhetoric. Would it benefit the nation on whole to add this amendment? Without doubt, absolutely!! Yet again, it is a multi-faceted problem that will be very, very difficult to overcome. I personally have had this in mind for well over twenty years but again, the stretch all of us must make to grasp the “golden ring” on the Washington Merry-go-Round has continued to stay a bit to far away.
My agreement runs parallel to you also when it comes to Representatives and Senators etc. not being rewarded with immediate retirements and “Cadillac Medical Benefits”. Allow them no more than the V.A. without special accommodations and being brought to the front of the line. Nope, get in line like everyone else. See, multi-faceted problems that must be overcome. Is it impossible? NO! But as to whether or not it will ever come about – Lord how I wish that it will – is up to all of us, not merely a few that understand at present what we’re up against.

I think this administration has pushed us far enough. If anything was to happen to Joe, we all need to stop what we are doing, take the time and our last dollar if needed and head to the capitol in Washington. Not just 10 or 20 thousand, but 10 or 20 million of us. We need to show this bunch that they work for us, we are in charge, not them. This can be done in a non-violent way too. When anonymous death threats didn’t deter Sheriff Arpaio didn’t work , Obama rolled out his favorite tactic , smear his name . It worked with Herman Cain so it should with this sheriff . But to be sure he added a new twist , Eric Holder and the DOJ . Strip him of power and say he is not allowed to do his elected job and duty . His coyness during the Vietnam war and taking both sides with those 5 deferments didn’t show much courage either. After a 10 year hunt, the FBI finally captured Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, our original home grown terrorists and bombers associated with the Weatherman underground and fellow travelers like the mis-named Students for a Democrat Society.

Unfortunately for our country, Jimmy Carter had been voted into office. His DOJ decided that there was a legal technicality and dropped all charges for the bombings and other terror acts. Dohrn did get convicted of not cooperating in investigations of another terrorist, but that has not stopped her from infiltrating our educational system (as did Ayers and Tom Hayden) so they could “mold” the minds of our college students and then our younger students.

The convicction did not stop Dohrn from being on the board of the ACLU.

Whenever Dems are in office, they abuse that office to let their henchmen slip free. Consider Marc Rich and the terrorists that Bill Clinton pardoned on his way out the door. (Wasn’t that pushed by Eric Holder?)

These issues slide by while we are occupied in arguing about how best to punish the successful.

The Arizona Law Enforcement Officials also have to obey the laws that could threaten the well being of all citizens. That is what this “lawsuit” is about.Is Joe Arpaio guilty of misdeeds himself. Maybe not but there are mistakes being made in how they handle cases or those they apprehend. In May of 2009 his Deputies entered a home of a Latino man and his 12 year old son. They had no warrant and both were American citizens yet both were jailed.Nothing was ever proven against this man.They have jailed legal residents who have valid work visas,Social security cards and Arizona identification cards. One man was kept in jail 13 days and lost his job. They have proven that phony charges have been drummed up against those arrested. There are also charges of sexual abuse in his prisons and they are never investigated. Even when immigrant children are arrested and molestation occurs nothing is done to the perps. If Arizona’s police find any group of Latinos being in one place the police arrest them all whether citizens or not. They are deemed guilty until proven innocent.That’s tough for anyone to prove when sitting in jail . I doubt if Arpaio will be prosecuted although his department will be reprimanded. With all the drug smuggling and gun running that goes on in Maricopa County most charges against his department will be overlooked. Maybe that way Holder can make a deal for himself.

He was interviewed by Michael Moore and made a complete fool of himself talking about how Amsterdam must be a disgusting filthy place with addicts laying all over the streets because drugs are legal. Week of Nov. 21. Happy Thanksgiving, And How To Celebrate Jubilee. Jubilee comes along about every 50 years or so. If I understand it correctly, it is a time when debts are forgiven, when debtors are relieved of their debts, in affect, the slate is wiped clean. So it is quite significant that we should get into the spirit of Jubilee. For it was 1965 when the last of our money was stolen in one of the biggest heist in history. Let me explain.

Prior to 1965, the Federal Reserve (which is NOT Federal, and has no reserves) used to issue notes (definition of a Note – an I.O.U., evidence of debt, evidence that money was borrowed). The notes used to say “This note is legal tender for all debts public and private, and is redeemable in lawful money at the United States Treasury, or at any Federal Reserve bank.” Which your editor attempted to do in 1965. This led me to a search into our money system and culminated in the book, “America’s Monetary Mess”. I found my way to the ultimate explanation of our law, the Constitution, which explained, in rather straight forward English, that our money was to be coin of gold and silver, that the standard of value (what we would use to price our goods and services) was to be fixed, that the Congress was given the power to coin such money, that the States could only use this gold and silver coin for the settlement of debts, and that, therefore, any borrowing by the Congress had to be limited to the coined gold and silver coins in circulation. Issuing of notes in excess of coined gold and silver would be fraudulent and thus illegal, i.e., unconstitutional.

So off I went to redeem my notes. It was curious to me that the government’s Silver Certificates had, at the same time, became inconvertible, irredeemable also. In time, the President would ultimately close the “gold window” to foreigners, so that they, even they, could no longer obtain real money in settlement of our foreign obligations.

Now, this is where Jubilee comes into play. If notes are inconvertible and cannot be redeemed in lawful money, then any so-called loans become suspect. Any mortgage or credit card debt, or ANY borrowing of so-called “dollars” is to be questioned, because we assumed that we were receiving dollars, that a Federal Reserve Note was an I.O.U.
for a dollar. But the definition of a dollar can be found in the Coinage Act of 1792, which established, FIXED, the standard of value, as a silver coin of 371 ¼ grains of Silver, .9 fine, such standard coin to be called by the term, dollar. Did you borrow money to buy your house? Did they indeed lend you dollars? If they lent you notes that were NOT redeemable in dollars, what did you borrow? What did they lend you? Remember, the States can only use gold and silver coins a tender in payment of debts. Did they lend you gold and silver coin?

Now, an aside to see what God thinks about this. His thoughts are in the book of Proverbs, specifically Proverbs 20:10 and 20:23. Diverse weights and measures are where Article one, section 8, clause 5 came from. It was this biblical exhortation that prompted the Founding Fathers to establish what ultimately became the Bureau of Weights and Meaures, which came to be copied on a local level by every State in the nation, and the first Coinage Act. After all, what nation would be so clueless as to allow a group of private citizens (some are even foreigners) to be able to create “money” out of thin air by the mere application of some ink on paper? 1965, huh? Prayer in the schools, the disappearance of God’s Word from the schools?

Let’s think about the days leading up to Jubilee. Do you think, with Jubilee coming, that there would be much lending going on? How about interest rates? Remember the good old days in our country, when the States had laws against usury. If the “money” is dead (or dying), might we not expect there will be a rush to judgment? If God thinks divers weights and measures are an abomination, what might He think of outright fraud and theft?

Now, if your argument is that you did receive something of value in these transactions with these fraudulent pieces of paper, consider this. Did not the Israelites leave Egypt with spoil? Did not the Israelites inherit a land flowing with milk and honey, a land that they had not toiled over or even planted? As an American Christian, I have adopted an interesting approach. When recently ticketed for a seat belt violation, I tendered with my check a query to the clerk, the trooper, and the judge as to how they were managing to be a party to what looked like fraud in violation to their oath to uphold the Constitution? At the store, when I am asked for “dollars”, I simply ask if they will accept Federal Reserve Notes in lieu of dollars, which usually gives me an opportunity to discuss the issue. As we near the end of times, it seems likely that the U.S. currency will be massively debauched, with the result of hyper-inflation and prices on a biblical scale ala the book of Revelation.

Those who encourage corporate shenanigans and Wall Street insider trading should be the ones changed with sedition. Anyone caught manipulating the American economy for personal financial gain needs to have charges brought up against them. Yup, that includes a few politicians.
