Dear Jack,

As 2011 draws to a close, I wanted to thank you for your continued support of Americans for Prosperity.

Jack, times are still tough for you, me, our families, and our nation—but I hope you’re proud of the great progress you’ve helped us make this year.

This year, AFP led the charge in every major 2011 grassroots policy fight:

  • Our statewide ten-city bus tour mobilized thousands in support of Gov. Scott Walker’s budget reforms in Wisconsin—where he turned a massive deficit into a balanced budget;

  • We alerted New Jersey taxpayers to the dangers of cap-and-trade—and, with statewide rallies and media campaigns, got Gov. Chris Christie to pull the plug on New England’s far-Left job-killing “RGGI” program;

  • AFP rallied support to kill Obama’s debt ceiling “deal”—that would have stuck Americans with massive new taxes and skyrocketing spending;

  • We exposed the truth with a nationwide TV ad campaign about President Obama’s corrupt Solyndra “green jobs” fiasco—a scam that dumped $500 million in taxpayer dollars into the pockets of his biggest financial supporters.

These victories haven’t been easy—and the biggest names on the Left have hurled every attack they could think of. Fired Speaker Nancy Pelosi called responsible spending a “Satan sandwich with Satan fries on the side,” Teamsters union leader Jimmy Hoffa ordered liberals to “take these sons-of-bitches out”—and even President Obama singled out AFP as the Left’s “biggest problem.”

What’s worse, hundreds of Occupy D.C. protestors blocked the doors at Americans for Prosperity Foundation’s 5th Annual Defending the American Dream Summit on Nov. 4thand 5th. One of our activists, a 78-year old grandmother from Michigan, was pushed down the stairs by Occupy agitators. They also refused to let another AFP activist, a young lady in a wheelchair, leave the building.

Jack, AFP activists like you are winning the fight to restore economic freedom—and even President Obama and Nancy Pelosi know it.

But, despite our victories this year, you and I both know we have a long way to go to get America back on its feet again.

Jack, that’s why we’re counting on you to make a donation to help us carry on the fight into 2012.

Please donate $25, $50, $100—or anything you can afford—right now by clicking here.

Jack, in 2012, Americans will choose between the Left’s vision of a bankrupt Greece-like America—or the tried-and-true economic freedom policies that made America the most prosperous nation in history.

In the next few months, AFP will launch our new 2012 Field Program that will reach more Americans than ever before in AFP history—and expose how the Left's reckless policies are keeping our economy weak.

Over the next year, AFP’s Field Program will take action in 16 critical states, 204 counties, and will rally not just our 1.9 million conservative activists nationwide—but help attract millions of folks not yet involved in our fight.

With 80 staff members, based right in your own neighborhoods and communities, we will lead the charge with coordinated rallies, door knocking, phone banking, and paid media and earned media on TV and radio.

Jack, you know the kind of results AFP gets—and, in 2012, we’re going to make the biggest impact in our entire history.

But we can’t launch this project now without your help.

Please click here to a 2011 year-end contribution of $25, $50, $100 or more to AFP—and help us start 2012 strong.

Thank you very much for your support of AFP—and, from my family to yours, I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a very happy holiday season.

Sincerely,
