If we don’t act now, Obama’s most radical anti-gun judicial nominee to date will have a seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. This court plays a vital role in gun rights and has heard one of the most important Second Amendment cases in our lifetime: District of Columbia v. Heller.
Caitlin Halligan is liberal agitator and a fervent gun-hater. She pushed to bankrupt gun manufacturers in New York with frivolous lawsuits. This is only one of many anti-gun campaigns. Harry Reid has announced that he will invoke cloture on Halligan’s nomination next Tuesday. That is only days away.
We don’t have any time to waste. All it takes is 60 votes for Halligan to get a lifetime appointment to one of most important courts for gun rights.
