Justice Kagan Recused Herself From a High Profile Case...
...BUT HER TRUE BIAS RESTS WITH OBAMACARE, WHICH SHE WAS HIRED TO PASS AND DEFEND
Justice Kagan just admitted her previous work on immigration required her to recuse herself.
And she did.
But what about ObamaCare?
Justice Elena Kagan was asked in writing by the Judiciary Committee whether she had ever offered any legal opinion, as Solicitor General, about ObamaCare. She said, "no".
How does that square with just released Justice Department e-mails days before passage where she participates in legal theories in response to a Constitutional challenge of the law? It doesn't.
Another e-mail shows her alerting Justice lawyers of yet another challenge.
And still another has her expressing elation at the pending vote.

Justice Kagan has show that she knows the right thing to do when a Supreme Court Justice has an obvious conflict of interest is to recuse herself. And it's not only the right and just thing to do... The law requires it and so do we. From the Associated Press: "We know the Affordable Care Act is constitutional and are confident the Supreme Court will agree," Obama communications director Dan Pfeiffer said in a statement.
Why wouldn't they be confident? THEY OWN JUSTICE ELENA KAGAN! and are'supremely' confident that they have the majority they need to prevail.
- Making ObamaCare the law of the land forever.
- Eliminating any right of the people to petition the government for change.
- Setting the egregious individual mandate in stone.
- And setting in place, Obama's 2012 reelection strategy.

Elena Kagan should recuse herself from hearing the case the White House wants the Supreme Court to hear.
But we can't take a chance she will do the right thing.
