When explaining how he thought Republicans would avert the so-called "fiscal cliff" by giving in to the President's demand to increase tax rates, Kristol told host Chris Wallace: "A lot of the Tea Party guys don't care that much if a few millionaires pay a couple percent more in taxes, honestly."
