to me

Dear Fellow American,

Most people say that voters would never elect a regular, working class guy to Congress. I'm willing to bet they're wrong.

I'm Samuel J. Wurzelbacher, but you probably know me as "Joe the Plumber." I'm running for Congress to represent the People, not special interests, lobbyists or political parties. You might remember the run in I had with Barack Obama on the campaign trail in 2008—he was knocking doors in my Ohio neighborhood and I had the opportunity to ask him one question. I challenged him on his tax plan and he was caught on video saying, "I think it's good when you spread the wealth around."

I'm ready to take that same no-nonsense approach to Washington to make America great again. My governing philosophy will be simple: if it ain't broke don't fix it and it's either right or wrong, there's no in between. But I need the support of conservatives like you to win this race.

Will you follow this link right now to make a donation of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more to my campaign and help me bring our everyday American values to Washington?

I have the unique opportunity to knock out two liberals for the price of one: Marcy Kaptur and Dennis Kucinich. But this race is more than just a huge opportunity for the GOP to pick up a seat. It will be a barometer for elections in all 50 states, and more importantly, this district could determine the outcome of the Presidential Election.

Since 1964, whoever wins Ohio has gone on to win the White House. If we can demonstrate that "Joe the Plumber" is rallying conservatives nationwide and keeping pace with Kaptur and Kucinich in the money race,we'll send Obama a loud and clear message: You can't win Ohio. And if Obama can't win Ohio, we'll take back the White House and restore our shared conservative values throughout the country.

A donation to my campaign is essentially a donation to end Barack Obama's presidency. So will you stand with me by making an immediate donation of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more to my campaign?

You have my word that the right to life, the right to bear arms and the right to safety and security—the foundation of our shared conservative values—will guide my policy decisions. At the end of the day, you may not always agree with me on the issues, but you'll know where I stand.

I hope I can count on you to help me throw a wrench in Barack Obama's far-left agenda. Thank you in advance for your support.

Sincerely,

Samuel "Joe the Plumber" Wurzelbacher
Candidate for Congress, OH-9

P.S. I'm running for Congress because I was raised to believe that if you have the opportunity to do good it becomes your responsibility to do it. I have the chance to knock off two Democratic incumbents in this race and make Ohio, a key swing state, unwinnable for Barack Obama. Will you help me do this by investing in my campaign with a contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more today?
