Trump to Moderate Newsmax, ION TV GOP Debate

Newsmax Media and ION Television, one of the nation’s largest broadcast networks, will collaborate to host a Republican presidential debate on Tuesday, Dec. 27, moderated by businessman Donald J. Trump.
The Newsmax ION Television Debate will be held at the Hoyt Sherman Theater in Des Moines, Iowa, from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. ET – and will be the last forum of major Republican presidential candidates a week before the Jan. 3, 2012 Iowa caucus.The Newsmax ION Television Debate will be televised live nationwide on ION Television to 99 million U.S. homes and online by Newsmax.com. It will be the final meeting of the Republican candidates before the Iowa Caucus on Jan. 3, 2012. All of the major Republican presidential candidates have been invited to participate.
