Media Blackout in Obama Georgia Ballot Eligibility Case
Last week, I noted that Obama turned his back not just on Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer, but also on the laws of the State of Georgia. I closed my column, “Georgia Ballot Challenge: Obama Walks on By,” with the observation: “And most of the media has followed along right behind him.”
At the time, I had just witnessed an historic hearing that actually discussed the eligibility of the sitting president of the United States to run for a second term. The president had been subpoenaed to appear, and instead of his attorney respectfully following protocol to have that subpoena recalled, both Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski, simply failed to show up at all or offer any defense whatsoever.

Why is nothing being done? This is so unbelievable!!! For the president of the US to ignore the judicial branch, and in effect, be guilty of contempt of court. This is horrible.

Mr Obama didn’t want to appear so he sent his attorneys the first time to ask that the case be removed. as he didn’t have time. Say what?? All he ever does is vacation, play golf and spends most of his time campaigning for months. He hasn’t done anything good saince he has been in the White House. “Changing the USA into a socialistic republic is and was his goal.
So the court supoeaned (sp) him to appear. He didn’t which usually is a reason to arrest and jail the person. The judge in this case has told Obama’s attorneys that Mr Obama may regret his no-appear for the hearing.
The judge will make his decision this week. I hope it’s a good one!!!!!! Mr Obama is not the KING.

The cases weren’t thrown out at all. They were postponed indefinitely by Obama bacause he thinks that it can be postponed until after the election. The Georgia judge didn’t postpone it as he doesn’t think Obama is too busy to go to court. So there it is. By avoiding to appear in court Obama will pay for it BIG TIME I hope.

The other cases were Federal cases and they claimed they didn’t have jurisdiction.
This should have been take care of by Congress as soon as he was elected, but since they are bought and paid for by the same puppet master as Obama, they refuse to do anything.
This case is in a local State court over a legitimate issue about the State ballot.
I just hope more states follow suit!
What happen to the Sunshine Laws of this State. I think it’s time that we vote out all the liberals in this country and finally get some American’s back in office. There’s so much that most of us don’t know. Who,specifically,has the authority to arrest the President?If he’s arrested for Contempt,is THAT big enough to make him ineligible to run for re-election,or would we have to rope in the Treason and other Criminal charges? Is there a way to be sure his case before the Supreme Court isn’t tried by one of his appointed Judges? If he’s tried and convicted for his over-all ineligibility rather than impeached,does that really NULLIFY all his enactments ? I sincerely hope so-that’d go a LONG way towards restoring our Country to what she should be,and it’d be a LOT more fair to the imposter-in-chief than just kicking him out of office to enjoy his early retirement.
