There is no loophole!
Congress is really big on clawbacks and retroactive laws. Ok. Let's just do that.
Assign a Special Prosecutor to look at every elected and appointed official. Start with the President, his staff and Cabinet. Then on to the Senate and the House. If they do not have a "true" Blind Trust - then we will retroactively apply insider-trading laws. (Another reason not to close Gitmo!). Then clawback all those funds, plus interest and apply it to the National Debt. Use the CEOs who are currently liable toinsider trading laws to rat out these elected/appointed "scum" in exchange for reduced sentences/fines.

This type of dealings was used a lot with congressmen and Senate during the Vietnam War to make them rich and has not stopped since. War for these goobers makes them rich on contracts and stock. I bet this loop hole in the 2005 Bankruptcy and Consumer protection reform law helped Pelosi make a killing off insider trading too , http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=198650 , because each time a bank collapsed Pelosi's bank investments gained from these failed banks and investment firms assets and private citizen bank accounts that are seized in the Collapse which would make the Stock prices rise in the To Big to fail banks that Pelosi would have investments in this I Bet . We can create more Jobs by amending the 2005 Bankruptcy and Consumer Protection bill and close the Loop Hole that is allowing assets to be swallowed up by Derivatives holders like the Multi-National banks because the bill allows them to be first in line to seize these assets . This is creating a Threat to independent investors risk appetite , and bank account holders will not want to hold their cash reserve in these positions and this will crush the bond and securities markets and continue to cause financial collapses .

Do as I say...not as I do...should be the motto of the whole stinking bunch of Congresscritters. I pray someone, somehow, someway, comes across as another version of Ronald Reagan (sorry I am partial here) so we can both regain our country's confidence and veracity. The present state of affairs in this entire administration should be put in shackles until order is restored.

I'm outraged by the 'insider trading' done and caused by congress, all legal. Why not put all personal holdings and investments in a blind trust managed by someone other than the official's family. Perhaps they could adjust holdings between 2 year sessions of representatives or 6 year terms of senators. A similar disadvantage affects individual stock traders competing with big investment house algorithm driven instantaneous computer trading. Curious how many people want regulation when their ox is gored by congress, but not for industrial regulation of drilling companies, international banks, healthcare providers and multinational corporations. The hypocrisy of the right drips off their lips, or is it forked tongues, when it comes to regulations.

The dealings of the Pelosi kingdom need to be made public. They need to exposed. They are billionaires, have an airplane, vineyards, a chateau, etc. She's ( Marie Antoinette) a hypocrite. She has no business telling the rest of us how to live. She thinks she's above the American people. Where are the misguided occupiers on this one? How can we find out what they are associated with? I don't want to consume anything they have connections with. This goes for the rest of them in Washington as well. If you came by your money honestly, then good for you. If not, you need to be exposed.

Our "Leadership" who have taken part in the insider trading have demonstrated themselves to be self-serving corrupt people who should all be in prison! The idea that they can be selective as to what laws apply to them, which apply to us citizens, is more than disgusting....it should be an offense which removes them from office!!
Here are the four things that would clean up our form of Government! 1.- Get rid of Obama---2- increase the senators term to 4 years.---3-Limit Senators and Congressmen to 2 terms. and----4. no more retirement pensions for either of them. Make this cover the ones now in office.
The more I know the more disgusted I am. The Stock Act? How about just voting that they have to abide by ALL the laws just like everyone else?
As a Californian who is a conservative I have known for years that Boxer and Feinstein have had their personal worth double because of special favors they have done for themselves by sliding work to their husbands....this is the same thing!!! Our reps should NOT gain financially whatsoever from their office!!! Being a rep should be like being a volunteer fire fighter or national guardsmen. They should get to keep their day job and only show up when needed maybe every other month for 2 years. They can't serve more than 2 terms!

These suckers are tied to so many corrupted deals all the while our legislators are eyeing their own pocket books. They owe these "friends" and they'd better pay back. No wonder these people act so arrogant. I think once they saw Teddy (swimmer) get away with murder, the tone was set. You can get away with anything as long as you can spread enough g-money around to the right people.
The best thing to do towards cleaning up Congress......PUT THEM ALL OUT, 2012! The majority of Congress members have been caught with their hand in the cookie jar.....lol, and it does not stop with just them!
