Obama gloats over power grab
Two days after defying Republicans and appointing Richard Cordray to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, President Obama visited the new agency to take a little time to gloat.
Making a victory lap of sorts at the independent agency, Obama cracked a joke, telling employees that he came by to help their new director move in.
More seriously, a seemingly content Obama called the man he tapped a “great director who is tailor-made to lead this agency.”
With Cordray at the helm, after months of delay, the agency will help Americans better digest mortgages, student loans and credit card fees before they become entangled in debt, Obama said before a packed room of more than 100 CFPB employees.
“Now that Richard is your director, you can finally exercise your responsibilities under the law,” Obama said. “We can help give people the clear and transparent information they need” to make the right financial decisions, he said.
I thought this was a three party system? Obozo is not suppose to do anything without the U.S. Congress consenting to these appointments. The Judicial is suppose to interprete the U.S. Constitution which Obozo is violating constantly.
In 1773 King George and the British put a Governor in Boston, MA to oppress the people and the colonists. On April 6, 1775, the minutemen and the colonists got tired of this oppression, and the first shot was heard around the world. 239 years later, we have Obozo who is a British subject because he was born in Kenya. He doesn’t believe in the U.S. Constitution at this time or at any time he held office. He has appointed someone without Congressional consent. He’s a dictator and King George did this same thing in the late 1700s. As one person I am tired and fed up with Obozo’s dictactorship and his disregard of and shredding the U.S. Constitution. I put my life on the line to protect this document many times. If Obozo and ‘lawbreaker’ Holder(man) wants to destroy something I believe in, there will be three people in a federal courthouse discussing this treasonous action. This is myself, a federal judge and Obozo himself. If he doesn’t want to come, I will give him a federal subpoena. If the judge decides to dismiss this matter with prejudice the judge will go in front of the Bar Assoc. and I will ask for his license. I am tired of this crap and I’m not gonna take it anymore. TO CONCERNED CITIZEN: It is not a ‘three party’ system to which you refer but the THREE BRANCHES OF GOVERNEMNT: Executive, Judicial and Legislative…THREE separate entities was what the Founders emphasized but no longer is true in form or function.
You may be tired and fed up with the current administration, but WHAT YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? Vote for another ‘good ole boy’ in the GOP, or VOTE FOR THE ONLY ONE STANDING UP FOR THE CONSTITUTION?

He harps & whines about them being military adventures undertaken by wild & imprudent Bush and which were not constitutional b/c Bush didn’t go through Congress. This raises a serious concern about his 77-yr-old memory: BOTH wars were overwhelmingly approved by Congress, yet his distaste for war clouds his loyalty to the truth: BOTH WARS WERE CONGRESSIONALLY APPROVED!! Yet RP continues the disinformation to the point that I’ve received multiple threats & name-calling that I’m a ‘liar’. His young fans (93% under 30, 64% under 25) were mostly in middle school at the time Congress voted on the issues.

FYI…. Ron Paul has been a Texas Congressman for 23 years. In that time he has introduced 620 pieces of legislation. One (that’s 1) has passed & become law. It was a bill that asked the Federal Government sell the Old U.S. Customs house in Galveston, Texas to the Galveston Historical Society for fair market price. It passed unanimously. He’s a real shaker & a mover alright. He campaigns that he “is not responsible for a single piece of pork barrel legislation”. Duh. These guys are all nothing but CLOWNS.

He proved that when he refused to meet the terms required for the “Office of President”.
He was not eligible to run, he could not have been elected, and he’s never sworn the Oath.

I am a constitutionalists..this should be evident in my posts..by reading alot of the posts on this site i can say that only about half of u are…U rant about what obullcrap is doing to distroy our constitution,,but then u pull for candidates that are for big gov..If u really want our country back..and are really afraid of her being gone after 2012 as i am..then get ur heads out of ur butts..off of this computer and on the streets promoting patriotism and the constitution..I spend 4 hours a day doing so..If ur pulling for someone other than Paul..I really feel bad for u..because he is the last and only hope to start heading back to atleast mid stream..Stop complaining and do something
